If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible through our website.

Return Policy

For most products, the standard return window is 3 days from delivery. If you miss this window or face any issues, please feel free to contact us via email. We are always here to assist you and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

  • The return policy for any product may change without prior notice.
  • If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our address.
  • Exchange shipping charges may apply in case of size-related exchanges. No charges will be applied for wrong or damaged products.

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted in cases of:

  • Quality issues
  • Color or design differences
  • Missing, incorrect, or damaged items in an order

Note: Size-related issues are eligible for exchange only and not for refund.

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Returns without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return or exchange requests raised after the allowed return period will not be accepted.
